Mohamed Ramadan
Chief Executive Officer
Mohamed is a titan of the MENA technology sector with a career spanning AT&T, IBM, and NCR Corporation, where he served as General Manager for iMEA & Pakistan, overseeing operations in 65 territories. His leadership has consistently delivered 30%+ year-on-year growth and top industry awards. Mohamed’s experience is profoundly relevant, having introduced the first-ever POS system for The Body Shop in the region and led massive software projects for entities like Saudi Aramco and Riyad Bank. His unparalleled experience in scaling enterprise technology solutions and his deep-rooted executive relationships across the region are instrumental in guiding Unidiner’s strategic vision and enterprise sales execution.
Faisal Al Hamadi
Founder
Faisal is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years of multifaceted experience spanning government, logistics, F&B, and technology. His proven ability to build successful ventures from the ground up is evidenced by founding a logistics company that achieved AED 20M in revenue and co-founding MENA’s first independent search engine. An Engineering Management graduate, Faisal’s extensive network, built through his government work across the UAE and the broader region, provides Unidiner with invaluable access to key decision-makers and strategic partnership opportunities, making him the driving force behind our commercial and market expansion strategy.
Alam Thakur
Founder
Alam is a visionary serial entrepreneur and the technical co-founder of Unidiner, bringing 15 years of hands-on experience in establishing and scaling 7 IT and Health-tech startups across the GCC and Asia. As the Founder & CEO of Tradify Services, he has built a talent pool of 130+ developers and has a profound track record of conceptualizing, designing, and operating state-of-the-art digital platforms, including the first Blockchain Search Engine in 2006. His expertise in creating future-ready, adaptable technology and his relentless drive for innovation ensure that Unidiner’s product remains on the cutting edge of the industry.
Sheese Sheikh
Director of Technology
Sheese is the hands-on technical leader responsible for executing Unidiner’s product vision. With over 6 years of experience managing complex SaaS projects, he brings a deep, practical expertise in our full technology stack, from cloud architecture on Hetzner and AWS to backend development in Node.js and frontend implementation in React. Having successfully managed the Unidiner project from its early stages, Sheese ensures optimal product architecture, rapid issue resolution, and the seamless implementation of client feedback. His role is critical in translating our strategic goals into a robust, scalable, and reliable platform.
